A paper by Emma Tonkin of UKOLN has been accepted for inclusion in the forthcoming Dublin Core Conference 2006. The paper, entitled “Signed metadata : method and application”, explores the potential use of a public-key infrastructure (PKI) for digital signature of metadata records. Julie Allinson of UKOLN will present the paper on Emma”s behalf on 6 October.
