The Toolkit, created by UKOLN in partnership with MLA North East, is designed to provide museums, libraries and archives with a framework through which they can develop their knowledge, competence and confidence in commissioning commercial organisations to undertake work in the area of digitisation. It is provided as a resource for the DiSCS-UK (Digital Services for the Cultural Sector) Web site.

Wednesday, July 12th, 2006Emma Tonkin, Interoperability Focus Officer at UKOLN, has made available her initial public release of wwtk, a wizard-style Web interface for structured information trails. It can be used as a wizard, an expert system, or as a backend for interactive fiction. Designed and built by UKOLN in partnership with MLA North East, the release comes bundled with sample content.
