This annual event, designed for everyone managing and developing institutional Web services, will address a broad range of topics related to this year’s theme of ‘Embedding Innovation’. IMPACT/myGrid Hackathon
Friday, October 7th, 2011Bookings are now open for a free 2-day developer workshop/hackathon which aims to encourage take-up and further development of tools developed by the IMPACT Project. The workshop is intended for developers and implementers. It will allow them to take a closer look at the tools available and investigate new solutions and features that could be developed for the benefit of the wider community.

Registration Opens for DCC Cambridge Roadshow
Tuesday, October 4th, 2011The UK Digital Curation Centre (DCC) is running a series of free inter-linked regional workshops designed to support institutional research data management planning and training. These DCC Roadshows are being produced to allow every institution in the UK to prepare for effective research data management and to understand more about how the DCC can help. Registration is now open for the sixth DCC Roadshow which is being organised in conjunction with Cambridge Library and will take place from 9 – 11 November 2011 at Cambridge.
