UKOLN will be well-represented at this year’s International Conference on Dublin Core and Metadata Applications
in Seoul, South Korea. 
Emma Tonkin, Talat Chaudhri and Paul Walk will be participating actively while Brian Kelly has recorded a contribution in advance. UKOLN will be introducing an innovative approach to the design of ‘application profiles’ which focuses both on engaging users at the earliest opportunity and on using an evidence-based, test-driven development approach.
