The issue features a significant article on setting up institutional e-print archives; plus an overview of the new Open Archives Forum, which promotes ideas and practice relating to both the Open Archives Initiative and other Open Archives proposals. The second Collection Description Briefing Day will be held on Tuesday 14th May 2002 at the British Library, London.

A joint seminar organised by the Library Association Cataloguing and Indexing Group and UKOLN. For staff involved in Access issues for Visually Impaired people as well as cataloguers and for the managers of both groups who can influence allocation of effort and resources.
