The workshop was advertised mainly through mailing lists, direct mailing, organisational newsletters and news items. I am sorry that you missed it, it sound as though you would have had much experience to contribute to our discussions. The workshop report will be released and announced on the blog very soon. There is also an event coming up at the British Library in October, I will organise an invitation to be sent to you directly at the email address you provided. The Talk Science event will be advertised on the blog shortly, as well as other project deliverables, so keep an eye on the blog, there should be more coming soon.

I am a lay member of two research committees, and 3 research project steering groups, an advisory group and a Public Patient Involvement in research Working Group.

I would have like to attend the PatientsParticipate Workshop.
