		<description><![CDATA[The person, be it gentleman or lady, who has not pleasure in a good novel must be intolerably stupid &#8211; Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen MashSpa is being held in the Chapel Arts Centre in Bath, 29th October 2010. Booking are now open for MashSpa, please point your browsers to https://library.hud.ac.uk/mashspa/ The event will cost £20 to cover the cost of the venue and food/drinks. This is payable on the door and a recipt will be given for you to claim back. If however you would like to pay before hand, please contact the UKOLN Events Team at events@ukoln.ac.uk We are looking for speakers for the morning&#8217;s talks. If you would like to talk, please email our events team. We look forward to seeing you in Bath. Edit. 		<description><![CDATA[“Bath is a charming place, sir; there are so many good shops here.&#8221; &#8211; Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen From Geoffrey Chaucer to Jane Austen, King Bladud, to the Romans and all the way to Peter Gabriel; Bath has been an inspiration to lots and home to many people in it&#8217;s time. Now to add to that list is the sixth Mashed Library to be here in Bath. So note the 29th October 2010 in diaries, book your place, arrange your travel and find a hotel. Where? MashSpa is being held in the Chapel Arts Centre in Bath. How much? MashSpa will cost £20. What? MashSpa is a day for Librarians and techies to get together to share knowledge and create mashups. We shall be having a couple of talks in the morning, with the afternoon dedicated to mashing and creating new ideas for your Library.
