Final Report
The final report for the Impact, Evidence, Metrics forum activity which took place during 2010/11 is available below.
Note that a modular approach to the final report is being taken so that self-contained sections can be used independently. The following sections are available:

Also note that an announcement about the availability of the final report was published on the UK Web Focus blog on 21 December 2011.
