Enjoyed your contribution to the AIM conference. I came away thinking there is a role for a consultant or perhaps a peer network to help individual museums or their CEOs realise the potential of the social web by undertaking an audit of their current position and suggesting how they might best make use of a blog, a facebook or flickr site, or other online collaborative tools.

Thanks for your help at Ellesmere Port,

Sam.
